MASTER SWIMMING
There is no age limit to learn how to swim, because swimming is easy and safe for all ages. It is important to stay healthy and active no matter how old you are. We open classes for adults who want to swim for the first time or for those who just want to be healthy. We give you a training program depending on your swimming skills.
If you want to challenge yourself, you can join our master swimmers in competing in Master Swimming Competition. The competition is fun and everyone are welcome to join. It is for someone above 25 years old and you will be competing within age groups of five years.
Swimming is the safest sport for adults, especially for those above 40. As we know, the older you get the more fragile your body is and you need to know which sport that won't put pressure on your legs/knees. One of the reasons why some adults can’t exercise anymore is due to injuries on knees or shoulders. Swimming doesn't put presssure on your body, therefore people with injuries or had had injuries in the past can swim without too much difficulties. Not only swimming is safe for your joints but it is also great for your heart and it can definitely make you look younger and stronger.
